Surrey United Cricket Club is in process of retaining coaching and mentoring services of Gagandeep Singh. Mr. Singh is currently Cricket BC's Senior Team Coach and Cricket Canada's National Selector. Mr. Singh is an international professional cricket player, who has represented India in test cricket and played IPL cricket. Mr. Singh played first class cricket in India for over 11 years and took 266 wickets in 66 first class matches. Unfortunately a knee injury prevented further advancement as a professional cricketer in India. Mr. Singh also played professional cricket in England for the last 7 years and have been coaching as a qualified UKCC2 coach, this has been at club level with various age groups. Mr. Singh coached juniors in schools as part of the ‘Chance to Shine' programme in Redditch.
